Payment & Refund Policy

Due to the time, preparation, and limited availability associated with coaching sessions, workshops, courses, memberships, and digital materials, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session or event, you may request a transfer to a future offering when available and at the discretion of deJoly, LLC.

Payment plans must be completed according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Access to services may be suspended if payment obligations are not fulfilled.

Respectful Participation

deJoly, LLC is committed to providing a supportive and respectful environment.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward facilitators and fellow participants.

Any behavior that is disruptive, abusive, harmful, or disrespectful may result in removal from a session, program, or membership without refund.

Confidentiality

Personal information shared within coaching sessions will be treated with respect and confidentiality.

For group experiences, while we encourage all participants to honor the privacy of others, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Participants are responsible for deciding what personal information they choose to share.

Intellectual Property

All materials, content, exercises, frameworks, guides, recordings, and resources provided through deJoly, LLC remain the intellectual property of deJoly, LLC and deJoly LaBrier.

These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared without written permission.

Communication

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your participation, updates, resources, and relevant offerings.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
