Reflecting on Life -- The Power of Story

 Greeting the Day is a compilation of meaningful stories for self-reflection and mind/body integration, as well as spiritual perspectives. By observing without agenda, our gardens and plants give us simple ways to shift our perspectives. Many times cultural conditioning and societal expectations leave us feeling empty and lost. Greeting the Day helps you take the time to spend in Nature, refreshing and replenishing your Soul's yearning for connection and understanding.

The stories compare life in my gardens to life outside my gardens in the world. They take a look at how we deal with life transitions, growth, death, decisions, acceptance of differences, and much more. You will be delighted and moved by the pictures and the simple bits of wisdom gleaned from years of strolling through my gardens.

 What Happened to You? is a guidebook for recovery from Trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). Users can answer the coaching questions at the end of each chapter, either individually, in a group, or in a workshop lead by the author. This guidebook covers 12 tools for recovery that the author used to reclaim her life after severe childhood abuse that caused her to split (DID). These tools include getting grounded, facing our fears, letting go of chaos, nurturing hope, forgiveness, transorming anger, getting involved in your community, de-cluttering your mind and heart, spirituality, finding your tribe, and speaking your truth.
